Sheeba
PG.
When Clay (Dylan Patton, Paradise Texas) has to move away from his friends and the bright lights of New York, he is far from happy. He goes to live in a small town with his grandfather (Award-Winning Actor Ed Asner), surrounded by nothing but rolling hills and green fields. The frustrations of the changes and the separation from his father (Judge Reinhold, Santa Clause II and III), a New York firefighter, who did not make the initial move out of town with Clay and his mother, are making matters worse for him.
Clay takes comfort in his new dog Sheeba. From the moment Sheeba and Clay meet they’re inseparable. They go everywhere together as Clay explores his new surroundings and makes friends with some of the local folk.
However not everyone is interested in welcoming the newcomer and Clay soon finds himself having to deal with Wax, the town’s biggest bully. Clay doesn’t back down but it seems that standing up for himself make matters worse. Worse still, Wax takes Sheeba, forcing Clay to have to outsmart the mean teenager.
As the tension between the two boys mounts, Clay feels he’s had enough of the small town life. Running away and heading back to the bright lights of New York seems to be the only option he and Sheeba have to be safe. As the adventure unfolds, Clay finds himself in some serious trouble. Will he and Sheeba be able to stay out of harm’s way
