Quigley

Rich, cold-hearted Archie (Gary Busey) is killed in an accident and forced to return to earth as a white Pomeranian named Quigley. If he ever wants to get to heaven Quigley must clean up the mess Archie left behind, helped only by his awkward guardian angel (Oz Perkins—Legally Blonde). Quigley’s mission is to save the career of Archie’s estranged brother, Woodward. 

But what would have been easy for Archie, the power player, proves much harder for Quigley, the little dog.
